For the past 17 years the greatest outcry in the community was the lack of food, Hunger is a very real pandemic, we have been feeding through the assistance of our dedicated donors and friends of God Cares this community without pause, 500 portions of soup a day, monday to friday, two different feeding points besides the breakfast feedings,200 meal packs a week, food hampers, and Saturday outreaches where we feed the community, we also celebrate womens day,16 days of activism Campaign, Mothers Day and Mandela Day as well as our yearly Christmas Party for the over 400 children and 200 adults. with the covid 19 pandemic the demand has spiked and its just grace that makes it possible for us to give the community the very best.
