What we do at God Cares
At God Cares International, our mission since 2005 has been to rebuild, renew, and restore lives through love-driven service and holistic community care. Since 2005, we’ve partnered with the various stakeholders to alleviate poverty through job creation, accredited training, and empowerment programs that have employed over 1,500 people — many from families with no formal education. We’ve prioritized access to basic documentation like ID books and birth certificates, recognizing that without them, formal housing and services remain out of reach. Our outreach includes providing clothing, toiletries, and hygiene education, mediating between communities and government officials, and conducting daily workshops to combat substance abuse — especially among vulnerable children. We walk alongside individuals and families torn apart by gender-based and domestic violence, offering mentorship, meals, and coordinated access to essential services. From cultivating community gardens to supplying school uniforms and calculators, our work is rooted in biblical values and moral regeneration, encouraging not only healing but a culture of giving back. In a society often marked by hopelessness, our unwavering commitment is driven by the love of God that compels us to serve, uplift, and restore dignity to every life we touch.
